Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, peak periods, or factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for delays once your order has been handed to the courier.

• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at info@ballie-gear.co.za and we’ll assist in resolving it with the courier.
